A | We do not recommend direct tank mixing of YM-BS-L01 with strong chemical fungicides, broad-spectrum biocides, chlorinated compounds or disinfectants (e.g. copper-based fungicides, quaternary ammonium compounds, sodium hypochlorite). These substances will inactivate live Bacillus subtilis cells and reduce microbial colonisation performance. That said, YM-BS-L01 contains abundant antimicrobial metabolites produced during fermentation — including iturin, surfactin and fengycin. These bioactive lipopeptides are chemically stable and retain full disease-suppressing activity even if bacterial cells are partially inactivated. For field practice, an interval application strategy is recommended: apply chemical fungicides first, then apply YM-BS-L01 2–3 days later. This combines the fast-acting effect of chemical treatment with the long-term biological protection and growth-promoting effect of the microbial agent, achieving better overall control. • For low-dose selective fungicides or soluble NPK fertilisers, mixing is generally acceptable.
